My Low Self Esteem...........?
I just feel like I don't have any self confidence, or anything at all. In elementary school, I was used to getting picked on, just because of how i looked, mostly because i was fat. I tend to get caught up in myself dwelling on the negatives, and I really want to find a way to boost my confidence, so I'm not so negative. Please help!
Update:I am a 7th grader.
I also would like to know, what to do to make myself look better, possibly prettier. Any average beauty tips wanted. Thanks!

lol!! im 30 and i still feel like that! something that has been working for me is only telling your self positive things. sounds obvious but it takes some practise. on the beauty side - if you have thick eyebrows get them professionally waxed! and eat healthy, really try to look after yourself and the rest will fall into place
we all have things we don't like about ourselves, you're not alone.
focus on changing the things you don't like about yourself. if you think you're heavy, eat healthy & exersise often, it will make you feel better AND look better. just take good care of yourself.. wash your face, brush your teeth well, wash & brush your hair. if you want, wear some light cover up make up. just really, don't give them anything to make fun of. & if they do, fight back. people won't want to mess with you. the reason most people pick on people alot is because they're easy targets. don't be an easy target. over time you'll be a knock out & people will regret making fun of you. anymore help, feel free to email me at [email protected] :)
