I make fruit shakes with bananas, apples and a variety of other fruits milk, OJ, yogurt, etc. I usually keep it in the fridge for about two days, but because of the banana and apples my shakes start to change color and turn brown. Is there something natural I can add to my ingredients to keep them from turning brown in two days?

You can add some lemon juice and a little bit of sodium bicarbonate (which is also good for digestion).
This will reduce the "blackening" effect, but I don't think there is any natural, healthy additive you can add to keep the smoothie white.
Yeah the lemon juice is good.
I keep a container of 'Fruit Fresh' around. It keeps fruit from turning brown. It is basically Vitamin C. The vitamin c, ascorbic acid, gets oxidized instead of the fruit.
