Please help....I have been having headaches everyday for the last month or so. I have been to the Dr before and they say it is tension headaches. I get massages which help for an hour or so...I have been taking way to much medication for my head. Does anyone know any herbs or natural stuff that might help??

Peppermint tea can help relieve headaches (maybe not for 'every' person though), but you can try that safely.
There are pressure points you can try on yourself to help relieve it...

here is a link to a youtube video that shows self pressure points for headaches... you can try it. Personally, I love to pull up on the back on the head right at the top of the neck where your head starts to round (you can feel the bottom of the skull bones) and just catch as many fingers on there as you can and pull upward for 10 seconds or so and rest for 10sec and repeat as you need. It always works for me.
My daughter suffered from headaches a lot, and chiropractic helped her. She didn't have headaches anymore after about 3 months of chiro and massage together. She does the pressure points on herself now when she needs, and drinks peppermint tea. It works for her.

eat about 10 dark Bing cherries... there's a compound in them that's a natural pain killer... but the best thing to do is to pay a professional massage therapist to give you at least a 30 minute upper body massage (make sure to tell them that you have a headache and you want them to focus on your upper back, head, neck and shoulders).. most headaches are caused by unconsciously tensing your muscles in these areas (yes you have plenty of muscles on your head)... when these areas are released (a professional Licensed Massage Therapist knows all of the trigger points and muscles that need to be released so just having a friend give you a massage probably won't do the job) your headache disappears... this is better than medication because it actually fixes the problem temporarily... The only way to permanently fix tension headaches is to pay attention to your body and make sure to relax your muscles when your stressed... There is also a trigger point between your pointer finger and thumb deep in the muscle that can be compressed for a bit (you'll need to do it with enough pressure that there's a little discomfort) and it can ease a headache... but from my experience the massage really is the best way

first you need to keep a list or follow your diet. Cigarettes, caffeine, chocolate and dairy also wine can cause headaches. Try experimenting with these things then narrow it down to the culprit or culprits. Next, try a health food store and see what they suggest. I was told FEVER-FEW is a good natural migraine and headache prevention. For me it was chocolate that gives me the nasty migraines. Good hunting and good luck. let me know how it goes "K"?

this may sound extremely silly but i heard that listening to really soft and calm music helps
it also gets your mind off the headache when your are really listening and thinking about the music
i tried and i think you should too

herbal tea might ease the stress a little too
and everytime u do get stressed out think about the ocean and the calm breeze on the beach
