A few months ago, I decided that I had to go to the bathroom before graduation. When got there, I noticed that the stalls were really low, meaning anyone could easily walk overt see exactly what you were doing. Well me being a shy person made it very difficult for me. Not to mention therewas a giant flock of girls rushing into the bathroom as well. So anyway, it was finally my time to go. When I finally got into the stall, I waited for a few minutes...but nothing was happening. At first, I thought that it was a normal reaction since almost nobody would be comfortable urinating in that condition. So I tried again, pushing as hard as I could, but this time, only a few trickles came out. At this point, I was assuming that I wouldn't be able to go (even thoughmy bladder was full), and decided to try later. Later, when I came back to the school, I tried again. Of course, therewas another flock of girls waiting to go too. So i went into the stall and decided to do it again. But before I could even start, it suddenly became quiet outside of the stall. I was kind of nervous because there's usually some group of people talking when I pee. So I decided to ignore the silence and try to go. Then thesame thing happened again: even though my bladderwas close to bursting, only a few squirts came out. Embarrassed, I decided to call it quits and waited till I came home to do my business, assuming that I couldn't go because of the awkward silence. Then a few weeks later, I had a doctors appointment, and of course, she wanted to get a urine sample from me. So she took me to the bathroom and waited outside the stall I was in. So I positioned the cup underneath me ready to go. But life took me by surprise; as much as I tried, I couldn't get anything into the cup. After a few minutes, my doctor just laughed and said "I guess I'll give you some privacy then." At that point, I was completely humiliated at my inability to urinate. Then, I asked myself a question 'Am I pee-shy???' I mean I thought that only happened to guys. Ever since then, I've been kinda uncomfortable peeing around others. Is this a sign of pee-shyness? Or is it just my natural shyness acting up? Please help me!
Update:@Sticky: I think that's kind of like what I have. I get really embarrassed cause I feel uncomfortable when people hear me pee. (I'm such a loser >\\\\<)
I tried doing the faucet trick but it doesn't really help me. Don't know why.

That's Yankee Stadium Fever. Kind of a problem where you can't use the bathroom when others are around. You're right, guys get it a lot, specially with no urinal guards. Be aware how lucky you are with the door keeping you from being seen by everyone, because us guys don't have that luxury. Anyway, I'm sure it's just shyness.... it does stink yes.
you sound like you might be pee shy guys aren't pee shy they walk in take it out and talk while there peeing but you could just be overly shy about people listening to your bodily functions which is ok .
but don't let your shyness get the best of you because holding your pee in cvan cause a bladder infections so work on getting over your shyness while in big crowds and fairs try to go use the bathroom
and go before you walk out .
good luck every one has some kind of shyness
you are probably just pee shy!!! i used to be reallllly pee shy and have a public bathroom fear (can you even imagine!) i would hold it for hourssssssss on end if i was in public. and i couldnt go to the bathroom either. i told my best friend about this and now everytime we go to the bathroom together, if i have to use and she doesnt she turns the sink on for me! it helps so much!! i even do that at my boyfriends house because the walls are sooo thin and i feel like everyone can hear me peeing! so i just turn the sink on, and then go pee :)
once you get over pee shyness... you have to deal with poo shyness! ughhH!!!!!!!!!
hope that helps!
First one I noticed external the on the spot household was once at 14. (Visiting a moderately older buddy; his mother despatched me as much as his room, and he was once simply out of the bathe toweling off.) I did not see yet another one, even though, till I was once 18 (squaddies shouldn't have plenty of privateness).
there, there everything will be alright in the end. don't worry
