ok so im am having some insecurity problems. What i am insecure about is how i look. Juts like many people my age. But i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas in how to get rid of love handles.
I'm not saying i hate my body it's just that i had a dress fitted for me and now my loved handles are making the dress to tight.
so please help.

Run, run, RUN!
Well don't run, just jog.
It is one of the best fat burning exercises out there, and you don't even need any expensive equipment for it. All you have to do is get outside and run! Try to do about 20 - 30 min/day. Then, after you run, do some jack knives, crunches, and other exercises that work the obliques (the muscles on your sides.) You can Google "oblique exercises" and you will get some good results.

just exercise, drink plenty of water, moisturize every time u get out of the shower, and u can use the firming lotion that vaseline, nivea, and other brands make to improve ur collagen production. wear clothes that compliment ur body. if u dont look good in a specific dress, dont wear it. no matter how good anyones bodies look, there will be clothes that dont look good on them
A combination of cardio and core muscle building is a good choice.
Get one of those body shaper undergarments and use it 'til the exercises your other answerers suggested take effect.
Jackknifes, cardio, side bends...all will work on love handles
