o, what does the mayo clinic think about resveratrol? Actually, I was a bit disappointed – the mayo clinic does not have an article about resveratrol that includes more details than what you can find everywhere on the web.
But here are some other interesting facts, according to a study that I read, resveratrol can also help with diabetes, obesity and other diseases. It can lower the risk of inflammation and blood clotting and therefore lower the risk of heart diseases.
There aren’t many (if any) studies of side effects in human, therefore we have to rely on consumer reports. Is that sufficient? I believe yes! Other studies proof that resveratrol is a natural compound that is not toxic even if it is consumed in large doses. Many positive effects have been reported by consumers repeatedly and according to them, resveratrol has much more health benefits than (if any) side effects.
Conclusion? Take resveratrol, but start slowly and increase your dosage when you think you got used to it.
Of course there are many people who take resveratrol. Here are the good and bad effects of resveratrol:
On a forum 29 people have reported any side effects they experienced while taking resveratrol. Consider those statements were made by real people not scientists. They can be as accurate/inaccurate as you want them to be.

Resveratrol is a natural antioxidant which are beenficial for health problems but some time they do side effects. When you don't take it in limit then you can face the side effects of resveratrol. Read the below link and know that how resveratrol effects negativity .
I was looking this up because I got super into eating blueberries and suddenly they started to irritate the lining of my mouth, almost like a astringent feeling so I had to stop eating them, it made me feel too weird. And now it's happening with cherries!! I am so bummed. I feel like there's something in them that I'm reacting to
I would not take that stuff and I would tell people with a history of breast cancer not to take it. its structure is too much like DES.
For decades doctors prescribed Estrogens and when they finally stopped the breast cancer rate dropped dramatically, now Resveratol is here to take estrogen supplement's place in cancer deaths.
The studies are flawed, and most should not be trusted.
