I frequently buy items from Amazon and can assure you that you only need Address Line 1 (that's your house number and street), ignore Address Line 2, at City put in your Suburb. Name, street address, suburb, postcode (Zip), and country, are all you need. City is superfluous and meaningless as far as mail delivery in Australia is concerned.
