So im 23 im not overweight i do suffer from anxiety...i get short of breath, dizzy, headaches, chest pain, blurry vision and stomach pain i do as well suffer from vertigo but lately i can feel my heart on my navel ive had ekgs and a holster and a echo of my heart 3months ago it bothers me and at times i also get stomach pains or chest pain which leads me to believe that it may be may abdominal aorta or any aorta i did have a ultrasound of my stomach to see my abdominal aorta and it was fine that was almost 3 years ago im just worried it could tear or pop i dont have high bp but my bp at times is low lowest its gone is 87/50 my dr said they cant find a cause plz help im now always worried it could pop or tear
