So for a few months now I have been having confusing symptoms. At first I thought maybe I was pregnant but have takin numerous tests and all were negative.

For awhile now, probley a year, on and off I have had right and left side pains. They feel like someone is stabbing me in my side under my rib cage and literally takes my breath away because it is painful to breath. Sometimes this pain lasts a few minutes, sometimes less. Now over the last few months I have been feeling on and off nauseousness and everytime I stand up I get very dizzy and lightheaded. My head hurts and I have to stop and close my eyes for it to stop. Often headaches along with fatigue. As well as unusually period, shorter and a lot lighter, only spotting on and off for two days.Idk if that has to do with anything bit it seems strange. I have been curious for a while now, not knowing what's wrong. Nothing has changed in my life, I'm not stressed or depressed. I have been to the doctors but all just say I might be dehydrated, I feel its more. Im not sure what may be wrong. Has this happened to anyone else? Please comment and let my know what you think.
