I asked the guy i liked to the turn around dance but he said he wasnt going but then i saw him there! one of my friends walks up to him and says that he should dance with me, he said he would but his moms coming to pick him up in five minutes! some kids told me that his mom stayed so he could stay and he didnt wanna dance with me cuz his mom would see him and wanna take pictures and make a big deal and all that crap and some other people say he just doesnt like me but i have no idea what to do. should i ask him out again? was he lying? does he even care about me?

Alright there are two reasons for his behavior. Either he just really isn't into you (sorry), or he likes you a lot, but is too nervous to take the next step. So try to get an inside look. Find another guy whose tight with him, and ask him whats up. Hope this helps!!
I think he was not lying because parents do make a big deal over small things. The people that said he didn't like u tell them to stop hating!
