I am 13 years old, am 5'7" and 140 pounds, 2.5 lbs. give or take. I am very active, get a daily workout in, and I apparently have a 13% body fat.
People are saying this isn't normal... are they wrong?

Your tall for 13, but everything is good and you have more growing to do yet so don't stress and keep exercising and cut down on the fatty foods and you'll be fine
