Hello I accidentally plugged in "Class 2 Transformer" into my router. When I realized it was the wrong plug, it stopped turning on. Is it an easy fix and how much would it cost to have it fixed?
transformer:
input - 120V 60Hz 20W
output - 12VAC 1300mA
Router input - 12V, 1.5A
Can it be fixed?

Usually, there is an <anti-idiots> diode in the router and it is now in shortcut.Replace it and the router will be OK!!!
Good luck!!!
Can it be fixed? Probably. Do you have the skills to do it? Probably not and I doubt it would be cost effective to have it done. Just buy a new router or check out your local thrift shop for a used one.
Usually all electronic device have a "fuse" inside, this could blown up easily if there is a short circuit. The fuse is like a small glass tube with a fine straight wire inside connected end to end to its terminal.
If you have knowledge in electronics you can check it out. If not, try to bring it to any authorized electronic service center to have them fixed.
Uneconomical to repair.
