I have this weird classmate who likes my friend she keeps stalking her and trying to get close to her and almost all her tweets about her so most people in my class try to stay far away from her and now because of that, she blames my other friend for lack of friends and people not liking her. My friends had also posted something which is not even talking about her but it was a band and she thought it was her so she tried to screenshot a few more tweets like that and told my teacher what is wrong with her? She also made a family tree and put 3 of my friends in it is she mentally okay? Why is she acting so weird oh and she always tries to act cute, sporty and popular when she really isn't what should our class do about this? Our teacher hasn't really said anything about this yet because she doesn't like dealing with this petty things please help thanks :)

she might have some problems. family conflict perhaps. she's not a weirdo she's just stressed out or something like that. about her putting three of your friends in a family tree,maybe she thinks that your friend is cool and that she wanted to be friends with them since no one wants to be her friend.she's always acting cool, cute and sporty? actually that might be one of her attempt to have some friend. i mean everyone wants to be friend with a cool girl right?
you should try be friends with her and try to ask is she okay, how was her family .but don't expect an honest answer.most people hide their problems and never discuss them with other people.

Sit her down and discuss it with her, explain how the rest of the class views her actions. Make sure she knows it's not just you who thinks this way.
Ask her why she acts like it
