What exactly is paralysis ?
I know its paralyzed but like can they physically not move their legs if their paralyzed there ? For ex : someone gets paralyzed waist down, they can no way shape or form.move that area by thenselves ? What if someo.e else does ? Im confused

Injury to the nerves and/or the spinal cord. It depends on how and where the spine is damaged that will effect what is paralyzed.
