on my right shoulder my veins are always showing and if i pull my arm back they don't pop out but they turn really blue and big. i don't have a lot of mussel and barely work out but when i do the veins don't seem to get any bigger and they are always showing, i just want to know why they are like that, im 14.

You're correct that people that work out tend to have very visible veins. But that isn't the only factor. Part of it is simply genetic and is no different than any other observable feature. It's not a sign of illness, or blood pressure, or anything else good or bad. Some people just have very noticeable veins. Look on the bright side, if you ever donate blood or have to give a sample to a doctor, they won't have to fish for a vein and turn your arm to swiss cheese.
I'm a woman and all of my veins are absolutely huge and very visible no matter what I do. Blood banks love me for that reason. My father and brother also have huge veins. My mother's can't be found even by skilled phlebotomists.
