Why does everyone put Emma Watson on a pedestal?
I do not care what anyone says-- I love the Harry Potter series
But face it....Emma is average in what she does.
She IS average looking...no one wants to admit it and she is NOT by any means a good actress. If she was walking past you and Harry Potter didn't exist you probably wouldn't even turn around twice.

And as for the she's classy argument...just take a look at her upcoming roles. It's a fly at my side to have guys drool over such an average girl and other girls worshipping her. At least Angelina Jolie or Charlize Thereon are not annoying to obsess over

Emma is stunning.
She acts really really well. try doing few of her scenes in front of a mirror n u'll realize how difficult it is.
U think her acting is average coz she acts NATURALLY. which is what acting is all about. Overacting is not acting. She's definitely not average-looking. Infact she is beyond beautiful. she can pull off any hairstyle and look beautiful in anything.
She has minimal make up in the harrypotter series but she looks SO beautiful.
she's one of those classic beauties. She's no commoner. she's naturally beautiful. Everything abt her face is beautiful. she has defined features. and she gets stashes while she smiles. what else does a girl need to be beautiful?
If you can look at Emma in the picture below and still say she's average, I'd say you have a self-image problem. Personally, watching Emma grow into a young beauty is well more than 60 - 70% of the reason I've enjoyed the Harry movies as much as I have:
