I don't need a lecture-- I know very well what I am doing to my body if eat nothing or if i eat 10000 calories a day.
But I am freaking out... I can't do this anymore..
How fast will I lose if I eat 500 calories a day with an hour of cardio-- please I need to know-- just tell me.

at first you will lose it fast, then it will slow down, cuz your body thinks its starving, your metabolism will slow down.
you may beable to drop about 5 lbs a week for a few weeks. then it slqwo down to 3 lbs a week.
but the thing is iif you dont learn hw to eat, lean how many cals are in what foods, and keep it at 1000 1200, when you go off this diet, you will gain it all back.
you cant stay at 500 cals for very long.
learn what proper portion is of the foods yoi like to eat, then eat what you want, just dont eat more than 1200 a day!
if you walk FAST for 1 hour a day, doing 3-4 miles in that hour, you iwll burn 300-500 cals.
depends on if you doing hills or wearing a pack with weight in it or not!
No one can tell you exactly as everyone is different as far as their metabolism, genetics, etc. It is recommended that you get at least 1200 calories a day as a balanced diet. It helps to exercise, keep moving and stay away from sugar as much as possible. Sugar is not good for weight loss. It is best if you do it as a lifestyle change and keep eating healthy and exercising. It is not good to starve yourself for a time and then go back to your old eating habits as you will gain all the weight you lost back. Also, if you starve yourself, you will not be satisfied and will eventually go off your diet. I have quite a few friends who lost a lot of weight using Weight Watchers. It really works.
i did this about 2 months ago. at the beginning it worked and i lost like 17 pounds! but you wont be able to keep it up and then i started getting lightheaded, less social, whenever i was out i wanted to be home,-and i got insane cravings! ihsve started eating clean foods and i feel much better! im 15 btw
