Without the lecture, I don't think 500 cals a day is sensible. It will definitely not do your body any favors,

To cut out the bloating, why don't you try to cut back on pasta, potato, beans, rice, bread, food that is mainly wheat, you will notice a big difference just don't deprive your body of the nutrients it needs. x

I wouldn't do that. You could do the total body cleanse which last about that long there is a drink you can buy at GNC.

itll help & no you wouldnt pass out, just drink a lot of water. do NOT do any more than these 4 days though!
