To cut out the bloating, why don't you try to cut back on pasta, potato, beans, rice, bread, food that is mainly wheat, you will notice a big difference just don't deprive your body of the nutrients it needs. x

Baaaaad baaad idea, i would say eat a bit less than normal and run 40 km - 10km each day, or walk 80 - 20km each day
Women should only cut down to AT LEAST 1,200 calories a day.
I wouldn't do that. You could do the total body cleanse which last about that long there is a drink you can buy at GNC.
itll help & no you wouldnt pass out, just drink a lot of water. do NOT do any more than these 4 days though!
