first gather leggings (hopefully you have them if not cut pantyhos) then get your over sized sunglasses then you bright stuff like bright tee shirt and then white shorts on top of the leggings and bright pink eyeshaddow

if oyu have a long skirt,

take those thin metal hangers, and use them to make the skirt stay "out"

like they did in the 60's with theire "poodle skirts"
