Porcelana fade cream from Walgreens or Walmart... Use the one that has sunblock in it and use am and pm after 2 months they will be gone. If you have black skin be careful tho.

If you are looking for something that really works i can suggest you acnezine. I've tried many other acne products as well but they haven't really bring improvement except the one i've mentioned above.
