thing is a year ago i was living in canada with my mom, grandma and brother, theyre all colombian citizens with no papers. im an american citizen and im 16. we were applying to be canadian citizens and we got rejected. we were already packing to leave to colombia and we went to talk in the canadian department or something like that on how should we live and how are we gonna plan to get the plane tickets. the guy said since im an american citizen they would pay for my ticket to new york since i was born there and 3 tickets to colombia for my siblings. my mom decided to buy the tickets herself since she didnt want them to separate me from her. And on the papers it says that im deported from Canada but im an American citizen so CAN i go back? so yeah. the question is can i go back? can i go back next year and visit? can i leave this country and go live there in 2014 and study there when im 18? i know i need to go talk in the canadian border but can i get short answer if i can go back or not since im a US citizen? im sure theyre deported but not sure if i could go back...

More idiot you for locating this out after being most effective married for 2 months, that's beautiful unhappy!! You my pricey can't deport anyone. Possibly your immigration offerings will or might be not. Either manner, your vindictiveness is a personality trait that could be very unattractive & ugly. You might be truely making an effort to get him deported due to the fact that he doesn't want to be with you? Recover from your self, that's pretty pathetic! Did you believe that perhaps it's since of undesireable persona features that he's leaving you??? Go seek some aid!
It depends on the reason you are being deported and why you want to return there.
If you were in the country legally and are being deported because your papers were denied then, as a US citizen, you can return to Canada on a visitor visa as long as you had not overstayed your visa or came into Canada illegally in the first place.
As an American citizen with no criminal record you should be able to return to America with no questions asked. You should be able to visit Canada but not necessarily work there, but you'll need to get a passport card from the State Department.
