So I never had PMS before. Lost a pregnancy at 6 weeks, and it's like every since then I have "developed" it. This last week was the WORST. It was as though TWO entire weeks before my period I was just SOOOOOOO depressed. Like in a dark cell. It is horrible you guys. Plain misery and suffering.
So I have been actively pushing myself to get enough sleep. Allow myself to cry when needed. Take vitamins. And I have cut down my PMS to less than a week before my period. But those 4-6 days are still extremely rough.
Does anyone know of any remedies that at least make it easier to deal with? It is just HORRID. I'm not even talking about the physical symptoms. Those are a walk in the park. I'm talking about the mental PMS. The depression, anxiety, mood swings. I just want to die sometimes. I can't even think logically while I'm in that state.
Unfortunately, I don't have health insurance, and even if I did..I'm kind of done with modern medicine..since that has done more damage/harm to my body than good.
I have heard of apple cider and chaste tree. I am taking chaste tree and have no idea how it helps.

I don't have any natural remedies but it sounds like you are dealing with PMD, pre menstrual dysphoria. It is like a form of depression. You should look it up and go from there. Might be able to find natural remedies for that. Maybe losing your pregnancy got your hormones out of whack and triggered it. Might be worth looking into. My doctor is from the phillipines and he tpld me a womzm from there killed or tried to kill her husband (cant remember which) and she got away with it because she had PMD!! Crazy!! But it goes to show how serious it is. Not saying you are homicidal LOL Just that it can really mess a person up. Good luck
