Both my husband and I have Asthma. I know when hubby would have a attack in a few hours he would be fine, not me. I get them and they last about 15 min's sometimes., I am weak , my chest hurts and I have server headaches. When having a attack you are trying to draw all the oxygen you can from your body to breathe with - it takes your body time to rebuild itself again. Always takes me a couple of days to regroup again. When I worked it was very hard to relax for two days.

Two causes most would never think of. Chemicals or Toxic Mold, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is still not fully understood, even though the CDC thinks they have it pegged, but they are a joke so.... Synthetic Chemicals are everywhere, all your household cleaning stuff, laundry, bath&beauty products, bldg. materials, you name it, chances are it has chemicals in it. So start switching to natural alternatives, there is pretty much a natural alternative for everything on the market. Sometimes it's not easy to find locally ( if you don't live in a big enough city), but you can find them online, I use vitacost and iherb ( both dot coms). Toxic Mold can be from many sources, I won't go into detail on this. Just wanted to mention it so you have something else to consider. Start keeping a journal of your symptoms, it may help you piece things together. And although it's frustrating, especially when people just think it's in your head, it's important to stay calm as you can so you don't give yourself adrenal exhaust, which obviously won't help. Unfortunately there aren't many Doctors in this field, alternative medicine, that aren't scam artists. So learn by signing on to support groups that offer email postings.

I'm no expert but presumably theres a lack of oxygen intake during attacks which can result in muscle aches I would think and headaches. I would search the medical sites for a definitive answer

Sometimes, depending on how long the attack lasted. See your doctor soon. You may be experiencing other things besides the affects of asthma. Good Luck!!!!

yes a asthma attack puts your body through alot

it might be possible...what i would do is just call my dr and ask if its normal or not :-)
