I have a bench at home and I don't have any muney to go to the gym to use those pecdecks.
I'm currently overweight. I have 3 cardio-only days, 3 weight lifting + cardio days and 1 rest day.
I plan to add more bench presses on my non-weight lifting days with a lighter load of course.
I want to get rid of my man boobs!! >: (

NO to doing bench-presses every day if only because it gets boring and you reduce the benefit when you do the same exercises every day. You can do different cardio's (e.g. include the burpee and the squat-thrust in your workout). You can add more push-ups (there are various variations). Here are some videos where you can get ideas:

You should not bench pres everyday: You will put too much strain on your shoulders. You should bench about once a week, preferably once every two weeks. If you want to get muscle you have to work out other body parts too.
1. NO
2. Cardio is great for losing fat.. obviously.
3. Switch up your weight exercises to get a full body workout. DON'T FORGET TO SQUAT! Your legs are half your body and will burn twice the calories.
4. Try: Mon - Weights, light cardio
Tues - Cardio
Wed - Weights, light cardio
Thurs - Cardio
Fri - Weights
Sat Cardio
Sun Rest
You shouldn't do bench presses every day. Your body needs a day of rest to repair and build the muscles in your chest after bench day. If you do them every day you will have no progress.
You can do sit ups and calf raises every day though. These are different types of muscle fibers that recover quickly.
Bench press no more than 2x a week for results.
