Why upload your poem later. I would like to see what you have done...or are you looking for someone to do one for you? One that maybe you can take credit for writing! Let me see what you have and I will do a poem of my favorite quote for you.
Yes. Quotes can give you the inspiration you may need to write a poem. Sometimes my inspiration for poems comes from quotes. My favorite quote is, “Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.” - Unknown

Okay, but is off top of my head. Quote have used since grade school,
was made up by one of my best friends while in English class, but he
no longer remembers it. First line is quote.
I dwell within mankind though I am not part of it
Not entirely true because there were two parts of me
The outside facade was popular and well established
But the inside was lost, wandering through life rudderless
What was it that made me lost, was it not enough money
Perfectionism that caused me to go underground in my mind
Was it this world, was I not worldly enough, or too cool to know
Whatever it may be, I occupied an earth suit with no name
A mathematical equation suddenly dropped from the heavens
More worldly stuff plus Thomas = less the Creator in my life
Do not want to suggest which god for would like this post to stand
Now not happy, but very content in Him, I dwell in His house forever

Yes.
"Don't Try"
“Don’t try”, it says,
on a slab of rock
in a graveyard near L.A.
Maybe he knew
something about trying
and he was saving us
from ourselves.
Maybe he never tried
because trying
meant failing.
“I won’t try, Buk” I say.
I will only
do.
