Can't do a cartwheel?

I'm trying to learn how to do a cartwheel and I can't get my legs up over my head to do it right, is there a specific way that you have to do a cartwheel? I'm just getting really annoyed because I can't do one :P

they are hard to get at first do first you want to stretch depending on if you are doing a righty or lefty cartwheel you swing your left foot really fast if you are doing a righty and if you are doing a lefty swing your right leg really fast. then lock your arms out so they arnt bending at all then you flip your legs very fastly once you get it they will be sooooooo easy hope it helps:)
