clinique three steppp system?

so ive been using the system for about three months now and my skin has gotten extremely dry, itchy and flakey. I dont know if its the system that's doing that buutt its really irritating. everytime i used the toner my skinn would burnn so i stopped using it for a few days now. should i stop using the system completely? anndd what othherr good alternative drugstore products should i try? im 16 btww and imm really freaking out about this! please heelpp!! thankss!

I tried the system and had the same issue, I ended up custom making my own three step system with the

Liquid Facial Soap - Extra Mild though the Take The Day Off Cleansing Milk works really nice too

Mild Clarifying Lotion -as my "toner"

and Dramatically different Moisturizing lotion

that's what happened to me! people started calling me reptile-face because my sin on my face was well, the same thing as you. it took about 3 weeks? to get my skin back to normal. I wasted so much moisturizer..

so stop using it! LOL.

my recommendation would be the Neutrogena Wave, or the Clean & Clear Products. I started using those, and I actually got the results I wanted.

Plus, is it just me or the Clinique Moisturizer smells bad? Trust me, I love their makeup and all, just not the three-step system.

Well not all acne treatments are good for everyone. I use it and it works well for me. But if it is really irritating you should go to a department store and talk to the people that work at the clinique counter. Hope you feel better!

you should definitely stop it... it doesn't do good anymore... perhaps you need to change the system... i heard a lot of good reviews with clinique 3-step system... perhaps you have the wrong system for your skin... but if you don't want to try it again with another system try vmv hypoallergenics... i heard also good reviews about their products... i personally haven't tried these products (clinique and vmv)... i'm using a korean product called "Skinfood"... it works wonder to my skin... if you could get this product in your place give it a shot...
