Brazil seems like a very deserving country to host this prestigous tournament, due to their success and continous history. as for mexico i dont think so for one reason is they are not part of south america, and though they get invited often this is a south american tournament and i believe only the south american countires not including venezuela who should never host another copa america again if chavez is sitll there, i believe some rotation system should be put in place where each country gets to host after a certain amount years
