Brains, kidneys, liver, tongue, tripe? I don't think they would be my first choice, but it seems that they're making a comeback. Pate is about the closest I get to offal.
Update:Thanks everyone for no TDs for all of the great answers.

I was raised on liver, kidneys, and heart, plus the cheaper cuts of beef, simply because these were cheap. Tripe is something my mother-in-law would cook and just looking at it would make me feel queasy. Needless to say, I will not eat any of these meat now.
However I do love chickem livers which I lightly fry in olive oil, add sauteed onions, garlic, mild paprika, vegeta, and a dash of port!
I like liver, kidneys, sweetbreads, brains, tongue and heart and have cooked and eaten them many times. I had some chicken livers for breakfast yesterday. I do not like tripe. I have tried it half a dozen times when told the reason I don't like it was it was not cooked properly. I even tried it at Mietta's, a top restaurant in Melbourne. I can safely say I do not like it and will not try it again.
I was a "check out chick" in the 90's - most who bought offal meat either bought for their animals or a certain age group (60's+ then, so 80's+ now) did like certain pices (kidney maybe)
Some cultural cuisine (like Chinese) use "odd" cuts or other things like chicken feet...
Otherwise probably generally not a lot...
It is banned from our house.Like others my mother cooked both lambs fry & kidneys but when I got old enough to realise their function in the animal I refused to eat it any more. It's the devil's work IMO.
I lived in a construction camp for a few months and breakfast was lamb's fry and bacon every Thursday. I tried it once, From then on I backed up on the corn flakes and toast every Thursday.
From my observation, yes. I have seen some of your people consume such foods at home, restaurants and at competitions held around rural areas.
I have also seen some of them buy lamb hearts for human consumption.
What did you THINK the meat was inside a meat pie?
