You need to find a replacement for the nicotine. Try using the nicotine patch if you can't do it on your own combined with the e-cig.

No, they don't help you quit. The reason people smoke is because they are addicted to nicotine. E-cigs just change the way you get nicotine. Nicotine is out of your body in only 3 days when you quit cold turkey.

I smoked for 38 years and a month ago I went to my local vapor shop and bought a vapor device and juice, not one of them gas station one that look like cigarettes, tried them no good. the day I started vaping I smoked 2 ciggs the second day 0 they do work you can get juice made from 24 nic= full flavor cig to 0 nic, I started with 12 nic and after a month down to 3 nic and I thought I would take my dieing breath with a cigarette in my hand and now they don't even sound good. and after spend a little time at the local store there are a lot of storys like mine it does work.

If you are able to quit that way, and then quit the E-Cig, you'd be the first I'm aware of.

(So far, the E-Cig has been just another way of using nicotine.)
