Im17 yrs old and planning on going to Mexico with my parents would i need a passport when coming bck or just my birth certificate or is the passport only for the over 18 ppl.... help plz
If you are flying you need a passport no matter what. If you are traveling by land you will not need a birth certificate until June of 2009. A government issued photo id and birth certificate is fine until then.
Of course yu need a passport bcs your age is not the one required to be accompanied by you parents. Kids are endorsed with passport of mother of father and there are not given seperate passport as they are not physically and mentally independend. I believe that passports are issued to childrens over 12 years of age.
You need a passport to travel internationally. Even if you were 17 MONTHS old you would need a passport. You can get all the info and forms you need, plus the instructions, on this site:
You can have a passport when you are a little kid in pampers, ask mum, she'll know, if mum and dad need one then you will need one too. I got my first passport when I was 12, my neighbours twins got there 1st one when they were 15months old.

If you are flying, yes, you need a passport. Even infants need passports.
However, if you're driving, you'll need your birth certificate and ID.
