Do you think this is disrespectful?
Whenever my friends are with me and my mom they call my mom by her first name. When ever I am with them I call them Mrs. and Mr.etc.... Do you think that is disrespectful?

Well calling by Mr. & Mrs. is much better and respectfull than calling with the first name.. Rather u can try calling ur friends mother as aunty.. or something that is pleasant according to ur surrounding culture n tradition..
No, I don't address any of my friends parents by their last names.
