I stopped my birth control last month. I got my period 2 weeks early that month. Do I base when I should get my period on my 28 day cycle from the last period....or assume it will come when it usually does?

Count from your last period. The active pills suppress your period until you stop them.
If you are using the Rhythm Method as birth control, use backup birth control (condoms) for a month. The Rhythm Method isn't very reliable anyways, so using condoms all the time would be a good choice.
birth control doesnt mess up your period it makes sure it comes at the same time every month. some people are just irregular, that might be youre case, but scince you dont really know i would just assume its comming on your 28 day cycle from the last period
