I lost my virginity about 2 weeks ago. I got my period three days ago. However I suffer from really bad cramps, like they make me stay in bed, cry, and throw up. And my periods are always heavy up to the last day. This time however I have gotten no cramps at all, and my period flow stays light. Is this normal ?

No. While orgasms feel like magic and we put a lot of romance in loosing your virginity, it really does not have that type of physiological effect.
Masturbation and orgasms DO sometimes relieve cramps so try this next time.
Girls have 2 periods: one from the left ovary, one from the right. Some girls notice very different symptoms on alternating months. Perhaps you are having less symptoms on alternating months and just noticed it? Try a diary to record how bad things are.
Stay safe.
Not unless you become pregnant.
if you wish to have your cramps fade away, take organic blackstrap molasses 1 Tb every day til your next cycle, then you can back off to 3x a week, also addd a quality vitamin like rainbow or solgar. your body is low in in vitamins and is straining to get them from your body....that's what is in the molasses, concentrated nutrition, vitamins......your body cannot be sustained by eating junk food and that crappy dairy.
look up the phase one diet and read. just remember...cooked foods cook out the nutrition, and fresh foods retain their nutrition and sustain your life and your cycles
There is no scientific evidence that it does, but some women reports that it does.
If you masturbated close to or during your period, that can also make it shorter and less uncomfortable and help with cramps.
That is because when you orgasm, your uterus walls contracts. This can help your uterus to shed the lining and make it shed quicker. The cramps are just your uterus walls contracting to shed the lining. So anything that helps speed that up can make your period less of a hassle.
Take care
