Okay, there has been a snowman following me for some time now. I've done the whole restraining order thing (it was denied), the police won't take me seriously, yadda, yadda, yadda. I finally had enough and lured the snowman into my garage where I trapped him and attacked him with a hair dryer and melted him. I mopped up the water, ground up the tree branch arms, threw out the corn cob pipe and put his hat and scarf in my closet. I don't think they can pin anything on me, but just in case some crazy forensics thing traces this back to me, can they charge me? Is melting a snowman considered murder? If so, was I justified in claiming self defense? It was a super creepy snowman and he had it coming.

Go ahead and celebrate. you cannot be tried for murder as a snow man is not a human being !
No. You lured him into a trap. It's murder 1.
That's not self defense, that is intentional murder. Sorry, but you're going to be on ice for many years....
you're going down. this time it's serious. you have basically just implicated yourself in a whole string of unexplained snowman deaths.
sounds like first degree murder to me
