The Obama administration's BLS shows "Unemployment Rate - Black or African American" going back to 1972.
Since then:
Years with Democrats holding most policy-making seats have averaged 13.33% black unemployment
Years with Republicans holding most policy-making seats have averaged 10.54% black unemployment
See? Those racist Republicans make black Americans get jobs!!

I have trouble believing your statistics. I know for a fact that, since World War II, there have been twelve recessions, that ten of the twelve have begun during Republican Administrations and that only two have begun during Democratic Administrations. Of the two that started under the Democrats, one was during the Truman Administration when the job market was absorbing the hundreds of thousands of returning veterans. That one should not even count. The other one was early in the Kennedy Administration and was a carryover from the Eisenhower Administration's conservative fiscal policy. Moreover, it did not last long.
It may be that your black unemployment statistics are like this and are a carryover from a Republican Administration. For example, when Obama took over from Bush the economy was losing 800,000 jobs a month. That rate began to slow immediately under Obama but the total unemployment rate was still increasing for some time because turning things around overnight was impossible. Because of this, the overall unemployment rate under Obama looks worse under Obama than that under Bush but the recession was clearly caused by the Bush Administration. Since black people tend to be the last hired and first fired, this trend is probably even more true of black workers than of the general working population but it is misleading.
Whether the foregoing explains your "statistics" or not, Mark Twain was correct when he said: "There are lies, damned lies and statistics." In other words, statistics are often more important for what they conceal than what they reveal and simply comparing employment statistics between administrations reveals nothing without all the underlying contexts.
Thank you for speaking truth. It's absolutely true, and the numbers prove it. Under Republicans, there is always a lower unemployment rate. And, interestingly (as you have shown), blacks actually do better than whites when it comes to employment under Republicans. Why? Because we don't coddle blacks, telling them that that don't need to work.
You just stated how horrible the Republicans are.
When the labor was at it's lowest the country was in an economical boom.
In the boom years your patting your self on the back on those numbers.
That was before the Republicans decided to give tax cuts to corporations exporting jobs.
How does that compare to the total unemployment? Your numbers are absolutely useless without something to compare against.
