I'm 16 years old but I'll be 17 in less than 2 months. I'm a junior in high school. I attend tech school half of the school day and take a dental assisting class. The class ends at the end of the month so we've covered all of the material. I'm able to do everything from charting to taking impressions and handing instruments to the doctor. I just got my Virginia X-ray certification so I'm legally able to take them. I start shadowing at an office on monday. Any tips? I'd really like to get a job there or some other office as one. I'm trying to at least get my foot in the door. Where do I go from here?
