It's a 120mm film camera, the winding spool is on the LEFT side unlike on most film cameras of being on the RIGHT side..
Does thise mean i put my film in on the right side and take out the spool and put it on the left side?
Here's a photo of my baby.

The side that has the winder knob, and has little flanges that can engage with the slots on the end of the spool is the side that you should put the empty spool. If you can't turn the empty spool you can't pull the film through.
You take the empty spool from the left side and move it to the right (hinged) side. Place the film in the left side and fasten it into the spool on the right. Close the camera and wind the film on to the first frame.
The camera manual (in german!) will show you how. (many thanks to Mr Buktus and his camera manuals site)
