cut the sugar and food intake - it is the only way...then dehydrate yourself at the weigh-in...water weight can add pounds...then after you get weighed you can drink and eat to your hearts content
This works, and im not lying either.
Since your a guy this wil work faster and make you loose more weight.
a girlfriend of mine drank water w lemon juice (freshly squeezed) for a weeek and lost 20 lbs.
she also ate nothing but prunes. LOL (which gives you the sh!tz.) lol and in the morning woudl eat a special K bar.
but this is only for emergencys only. she had to fit into her prom dress...It came back too small. HAHAH
there is this this called the three day diet
you can google it
and it can make u loose up to 25 lbs in the three days
but its bot the healthiest way
its usually for weddings or things you may need to loose weight for in a short amount of time
i ate once only raw fruits and vegies more vegies than fruits and i was loosing about 3 lbs a day
DONT EAT!! :D
and excersize if your all milk and blood.
and eat healthy foods - mainly healthy foods will get you to the wieght you want

eat light through out the day and work out
