How do you blunt a sharp razor blade?
My friend has Parkinsons disease. He shaves with a blunt razor blade. He doesn't want to have unsightly cuts all over his face if he were to use a new and sharp razor blade. Problem is he is running out of old razor blades to use. He wants to know what can be done to turn a sharp razor blade to a blunt one.....

Has he ever heard of electric razors? It's not safe for someone who really has Parkinson's disease to be holding sharp or blunt objects near his/her skin as long as tremors are not under control.
Hoping this is not a question by a "cutter" hoping to be clever, because it's not.
