I've talked with an online chat rep that was argumentative without a valid point; spoke with someone on the phone that finally understood the simple math, but argued the amount. Then transferred me to the escalation department where the woman talked in COMPLETE circles and answered nothing legitimately. She spun me so far upside down that I hung up the phone after TWO HOURS of problem solving with these people. I have a spreadsheet of math to prove exactly what I'm saying based on their current promo and NO ONE understands. No one is helpful and more are willing to argue without an intelligent example to back it up. I asked for one to calculate 15% of a number and he only replied "i gave you the breakdown already" which I tried again to explain was 7.5% not 15% and that 7.5% off two items DOES NOT EQUAL 15%!!!!!!!

Well Caren, I'm arguing percentages because I am attempting to purchase $6,000 in appliances and I feel it's important to deliver on what you advertise.
