Many people go to a psychiatrist or an emetophobia support group where they teach you the difference between anxiety and nausea. This is called "cognitive-behavioral" treatment and doesn't involve having to throw up to get over your phobia! And it supposedly has a near 100% success rate!
The fear of emesis - emetophobia - is quite common. I am most definitely not fond of vomiting which is one of my least favorite things to do. It is only a concern if it interferes with your life. If this is the case then you should speak 1st with your physician. They may refer you for counseling. Support groups and counseling - as mentioned by one respondent - actually have limited efficacy rather than the 100% success that was suggested. There are medications however which may reduce this type of 'anxiety'. If I may be of further assistance please let me know. I wish you the very best of health and in all things may God bless.
