Lately - no more than one. Anymore than that and I switch over to a diet/caffeine free soda. I used to drink 2-3 cans of Coke a day,but it was just too many empty calories,not to mention all that caffeine made me feel horrible!

If I have a regular soda it's usually either Coke or Canada Dry(Ginger ale),if I'm drinking diet I either drink Sunkist or Dr Pepper.

I only get soda when I go out to eat somewhere. So probably about 3 glasses of coke a week.
About the equivalent of 3 cans of diet coke a day.

I'll have like 3 or 4 a week
I never have more than one a day... but I don't drink one every day. Probably like 3 cans per week.

and i usually drink pepsi, sometimes caffeine free pepsi and sometimes rootbeer, or something. but usually pepsi.
None, but I can have a day where I'll have 10 12oz cups at work once every few weeks.
