I have been fighting with weight loss for the last two years. I have been eating extremely healthy (sticking to a nutritionists plan), and getting at least 45min of serious cardio a day, (with a break on Sundays and Thursday doing a mild strength training. I have had serious energy issues the last six months, and seem to have gained weight, and slight bloating. My aunt suggested that my lymph system may need to be looked at. But money is very tight, and even the 55dollar co-pay for a dr is stretching our monthly budget, so I was wondering if there was any way to Detoxify from home to see if this is the issue..... Any advice would be nice. thanks!

I can't tell you if this is for sure, but you may have a Hypothyroid issue.
What you describe sounds like it.
This does need to be diagnosed with a simple blood test and the medication to treat it is usually under 20.00 a month.
Look at it this way.
Alternative methods may help short term and will probably cost you as much if not more then the co pay.
Ignoring the problem is serious.
Untreated thyroid disorder will lead to a number of health risks some life threatening, such as uncontrolled blood pressure, cholesterol, and so on even at a yong age.
Check out websites like Mayo clinic for info on symptoms and deceases.
If you are getting rest, exercise and living healthy, there is more then you can wish or wash away.
Be careful what you buy into. there are a large number of scams promising they are better them traditional treatment but have little to no long term history of success.
To give you an example- while working on collecting Material Safety Data Sheets for a company OSHA requirements, I ran across a office supply product that I was having trouble locating the manufacturer or supplier for.
I finally turned up the company which had a number of names and products they had tried selling over the years, one of which was a thyroid product. Having thyroid issue I wanted to know if their amazing claims were true. When I called to find out more info they were very reluctant to give me any. The FDA was thrilled to know what I'd found because they were looking for them for false claims of what their product could do but had been unsuccessful until then because they company was so slick.
