How to protect your real nails from acrylic nails?
I'm talking about just those cheap fake nails that you can get at drug stores and glue on yourself.
How can you protect your real nails? I have tried putting on a clear coat before gluing them on, but it didn't work so well. The nails always ruin my real nails and they are a lot thinner and I don't like it.

To start you need to lightly file your entire nail, this will roughen up the surface so the glue will adhere properly. Next wipe the nail with nail polish remover, this will remove any oils from your nail. Your nails will become thin if you tear the fake nails off, as little bits of your nail will also be removed. You need to soak them in nail polish remover until they "melt" away. Follow up with cuticle oil and lotion.
Bare nails are always still better
