If I wrote a sequel to Breaking Dawn...?
...with the same characters and a new one, but a bit different story, would I be able to publish it sometime (through ANY publishing company) in the future? Or not, because of copyright issues?

If you want to publish it for money, you will need permission from Stephenie Meyer. It's extremely unlikely you'll get this, unless you're already a well-known author (and probably not even then). How often do you hear of sequels to other people's novels being published, anyway? If you self-publish without permission, expect to be sued as soon as Ms Meyer finds out about it.
If you don't care about getting paid, you can just upload it to a fanfiction site, where it will sit alongside thousands of other sequels to the books.
You had better research the laws of copyright AND of intellectual propery, unless you are extremely rich and prepared to pay very large fines for infringement.
You MAY write a sequel to a work of fiction which is out of copyright, which is why sequels to Jane Austen novels are permissible.
