Conservatives are NOT loyal to a party. They're loyal to America.
We are only loyal to republicans and hostile to liberals because it just so happens that liberals are a threat to the thing we love--this country and it's liberties.
If Obama were to praise a republican, Glen Beck would have a story the next day about how that republican was actually a Nazi in high school and is a communist terrorist. Rush Limbaugh would use his neck sweat to grease the wheels necessary to get that republican thrown out of congress. In short, any friend of Obama is an enemy to the conservative mouth pieces, even if he is republican.
Well, he praised Senator Grassley. I half-expected them to say Grassley isn't a "true conservative." Then he proved he is one by stabbing the President, and the American people, in the back (figuratively speaking).
Considering that would never happen, i really don't know. But it is a possibility. Obama has praised everybody but Republicans and Conservatives. Like Marxists, Communists, and Socialists.

Depends on if Glenn Beck criticizes him.
Of course. I hope you remember that his Secretary of Defense is a Republican.
Newt Gingrich used to lose his mind when Bill Clinton would back a piece of Republican legislation.
"THEY'RE TRYING TO STEAL OUR BILL!"
It was pure partisan stupidity.
Sadly, it continues today.
Depends on what he was being praised for. That's a really broad question that no one could possibly answer. You need to refine your question.
Yes because it would be someone like Juan McKerry-Kennedy-Algore or Olympia Snowe or the late Arlen Specter. RHINOs/
Depends... If it was Olympia Snow or Susan Collins, they aren't really republicans, so they don't really count.
