I'm the same as Ieatgreensheep... I was FLAT until I was 16, and then within a month or 2 I got curves and went up to a 34C.

It's NOT small. Infact, they get in the way alll the time. I have to wear a large or XL shirt so it will fit my chest, even though it's too big everywhere else.

If I wear a blouse I'm constantly straining the buttons. V necks ALWAYS look trashy but I can't wear a turtleneck all the time! And now alot of shirts and dresses have a cut where they basically go straight down from the chest... resulting in me looking like I weigh an extra 60 pounds.

It actually sucks. I wouldn't go bigger if I had the choice. I might go a tiny bit smaller though, to be honest, but that sounds like the right size for your body.

No, it's really just average. I was a 34B right up until i was nearly 16 then just shot straight up To a D cup. They might seem small to you, but give them chance to grow. The chances are they will be completely different in a few years time. For now get a gel padded wonderbra. It will push them up and the padding will make them look bigger.

well a c anything isn't small. c is average. i'm a 32 b and would LOVE to be a 32c.

Not for your age,you could buy a push-up bra to make them look bigger.
