is 66 days of not smoking marijuana enough to pass a piss test for a slightly overweight person who hasn't done anything to clear their system other than not smoke for 66 days?

Yes that should be long enough... just make sure you drink plenty of water in the days leading up to the test. But don't drink a ridiculous amount of water right before the test because the test will pick up on that, too.
