Actually yes, you see, if you have problems, stress will come over you, then you can't sleep....... that's why you get breakouts.... it has nothing to do with any food u eat i think, just your thoughts!

I think stress may play a small role but some people are just more prone to it than others. Go see a dermatologist... made my life a million times better!

no, some say stress makes acne worse though, doesnt make any difference for me.
